College clubs are great to showcase your creativity. Our college had so many clubs and they used to organize new events. For Business Clubs and ECELLs:

1. Phoenix Picher - Here, participants  have to select an already successful company( mainly traditional like LIJJAT, BOROLINE etc.) and have to deliver an elevator pitch by feigning as a promoter communicating to a investor.

2.Busimeme- A competition to derive memes from movies, songs, maxim(not pertaining to the business world) to explain a very typical and strong concepts of Business world. It can also be done in a way that they have to prepare a one minute video explaining a business concept by using their  creativity.

3.Problemo – An event in which participant has to find out the existing problems of a new or trending startup in terms of their feasibility, strategy, marketing, product etc. by applying their scanning and analytical skills and provide tentative solution to the problems. Here, they will have to prepare their own cases, make issue diagram and solve them.

4.

Technical workshops based on hard skills that would include Coding for Commerce, East step to MIS, AI in Business, Startup India act explanation, Make- in- India explanation etc. along with certificates.

5.Idea treasure hunt- A treasure hunt based on idea by using hints like market factors, news headlines, policy launch and participants have to find out the

pre-determined idea. I have got this idea from a similar event organized by ECELL of IIM Ahmedabad.

For Social and Awareness Clubs

1. Polito- Political and social roleplay event where the objective is to simulate political and administrative proceedings to procure problems, rational discussion and conclusion under the frame work of Indian, American or European Parliamentary system.
2. Success Database Programme- Participants would  be delegated to prepare a questionnaire to interview successful people in his surrounding and collect data altogether to make a database which can include experience , struggles, personalized approach. Best contestant would be awarded. The database can be compiled to use for educational purposes.
3. Dummy Consultancy- Based on real life business data, students pursuing professional courses would prepare consultancy proposals and the judge panel would include people from that professional background.
4.Skill exchange Programme - We have participated in many community exchange events but we can organize a skill exchange event where people would share their skills to one another and there will be opportunity to learn new skills under one roof.

5. Book summery and extension competition - Contestants will be given with books, articles or research materials so that they can come out with summery, interpretation and extension of the idea. It should be conducted offline to assure genuineness.
