Mermaid- an anecdote

He dived into the ocean with enthusiasm. It was hard to follow her tail in the blue whirlpool. He was so out of his senses that he could not listen to the wails from the coast. He was captivated to the surrealism of the innate intricacy of the unknown. He wanted to touch her. He moved deeper and deeper along the shadow of the mermaid. His breath was shrinking and his heart was thumping but he was eager to move few meters more. The figure stopped and turned around. He was amazed by the beauty of her delight. His breathing felt shorter, his lungs getting choked. Beauty felt bitter at its worst. Suddenly, his body got flat and the mermaid slashed his body and pulled it down.

Confidence

You have thought but couldn’t write I have written but couldn’t think The paranoia of imbalance and its inelastic discomfort Obliged me to decompose my heart But I really wanted to feel I become weary and regretful of my past Your aura makes me realise the rest I was into a dilution of enigma, that dragged me in haste To succumb my senses A lot of memory without a description A lot of sound without velocity I am not a betrayer at my will I love to keep but I dislike to steal Unlike you who know me more than I do know myself You conveyed through silence, the fictitious flamboyance that I possess I agree with innocence Perhaps a day or two, when I become mature, when I become like you My words will utter, my silence will speak too

The scope of improvement in the Indian Education system

Education is the most important sector that organically develops a country’s economy. Though there is direct statistics to showcase multiplicative growth of GDP through investment in education but there is a latent induction which provides long term impact in the future. The main problem in education is its core strategic obsolescence. The system has been rusted with inefficient and obsolete plans that hardly mused over its dynamicity and tenability to meet the future demands. Indian Education system became a disaster after British Imperial rule when the system was explicitly converted into more a training program than a holistic infrastructure.   Core values and significant customs that the country had generated since the Vedic ages was replaced by modular and objective education dictatorship. A society can be dismantled if its base can be made weak and thus the true motive behind this was not to empower rationality in Indian minds. After Independence, when the country got busy ...

The concept of leadership corrected...

The way concept of leadership is taught in school seems quite erroneous because the concept can not be taught through textual reference. It is a kind of attitude that is generated in the personality through introspection. Did you ever muse over what should be the rulebook of a leader? The pre-requisite of leadership is nothing but the approach towards being a leader. It is a subconscious process that develops automatically through actions and reactions of circumstances & events. If you ask a leader of a cadre about what should be the attitude of a leader on the first day of his being a leader, he would definitely just give a smile without any straight-cut reply. The reason is he was a leader much before he got his post. A leader was always a follower before and thus we can infer that leadership is not a by-birth instinct. The attitude is the most important factor in order to learn this skill. If we take example of global leaders from business, science, governance etc., we wou...
